Solution Architect (offline)

About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Solution Architect to join our team urgently due to an imminent departure. As a Solution Architect, you'll be the technical design and architecture authority for your area, providing leadership throughout development, testing, and deployment phases. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that solutions align with our planned architecture while meeting all functional and non-functional requirements. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in simplifying and rationalizing our platform technology stack, working closely with a diverse design and engineering team. A keen understanding of the broader business strategy is essential, as you'll contribute to shaping our Product Architecture within the Fulfilment domain. Your expertise in agile delivery models, cloud-based technology stacks, and modern software development practices will be invaluable in driving innovation and maintaining high-quality standards.

About You:
We're looking for someone with:
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE programming and the Spring Framework
- Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and various architectural paradigms
- Experience in frontend technologies and API-driven ecosystems
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment, collaborating with global teams
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and advocating for technical strategies
- A passion for lifelong learning and a knack for solving complex problems innovatively
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Availability to work from a secure location within CET or +1 time zones

About the Project(s):
You'll be involved in initiatives spanning Fulfillment, Corporate, Data, and Customer domains.

Location: Any secure location ensuring the necessary security and infrastructure for optimal work delivery (countries within CET or +1 time zones).
