Gamzix company, an international company:

- was founded in March 2020;

- have already successfully produced 60 games;

Responsibilities:

 

Workflow planning and organization:

- Selection and adaptation of Framework and Workflow, description of processes, and control of their compliance;

- Development and maintenance of the project schedule.

Resource management:

- Organization of project estimation by heads of direction and direct executors;

- Determining resource needs for the project;

- Participation in the selection and approval of the project team.

Communication:

- Organizing and facilitating regular meetings and reports for team members, stakeholders, and top management of the company;

- Development of a communication plan;

- Early detection and resolution of conflicts.

Risk management:

- Identification, quality assessment, analysis, and management of project risks;

- Development of a corrective action plan.

Change management:

- Keeping a change log (Change Log) regarding the initial scope of work;

- Examining Gamzix's error log and lessons learned registry.

 

Requirements:

 

- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT;

- Experience in managing people (team forming, development, and conflict management);

- WBS creation and ability to structure work processes;

- Timeline (Gantt Chart, Road map) creation, monitoring and control;

- Jira, Confluence - advanced level;

- High communication skills, the ability to competently justify technical solutions orally and in writing;

- Skills in drawing up a work plan and technical specifications for programmers and designers;

- The ability to correctly measure and improve the results of the development department;

- Level of English proficiency - at least Intermediate (all documentation in English);

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;

- Prototyping interfaces and setting up processes;

- Knowledge of FE and BE principles, programming, and mobile development.

 

 

Will be a strong plus:

 

PMP, PSM, and CSM certifications.
