You will be responsible for identifying, attracting and engaging with the best talent in the industry.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using Linkedin (using Xray, boolean search).

- Communication with candidates on LinkedIn in order to receive their resumes and agree to be interviewed.

- Screen and select resumes.

- Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates.

- Schedule interviews.

- Maintain internal candidate database.

- Building relationships with candidates, keep in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, telegram, etс.

- Reporting on the personnel selection process.

- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates for open and future positions.

 

Requirements:

 

- You like searching and recruiting, have little experience or completed courses.

- Experience searching for candidates on LinkedIn is highly valued.

- Good theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process.

- Attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

- Proactivity and result orientation.

- Critical and creative thinking skills.

- A solid work ethic with the self-motivation.

- At least an Intermediate level of English.

 

Nice to have:

 

- Understanding of the IT industry or Higher education in the IT-field.
