Product Manager (AI)

Redwerk is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and inspired Product Manager with AI experience.

You’ll work on enticing products and tasks alongside true experts in a friendly environment with minimum bureaucracy.

Required Skills:
— Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the tech industry
— English proficiency at a В2+
— Experience with AI products and their integration into existing and new products
— Knowledge of analytical tools like Firebase and/or Amplitude
— Successful execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies with proven results
— Proficient in market analysis and customer development
— Experience implementing monetization strategies
— Strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable strategies

— Good understanding of the QA and QA Automation processes
— Good understanding of the software development lifecycle

Will be a plus:
— Experience working with desktop apps (while the majority of our products are mobile apps, this will also be a plus, as we are planning to launch the desktop versions as well)

Responsibilities:
— Define product requirements and features based on market research
— Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies

— Achieving product-market fit for new products
— Create and implement a monetization strategy for our products
— Identify NSM, track and optimize key metrics and conversion rates
— Optimize revenue streams while balancing user experience
— Make data-driven decisions based on product performance
— Create a product roadmap considering user requests and business objectives
— Prioritize tasks in short-term sprints

— Work in a close cooperation with a tech team to deliver new products and features
