Project Manager / Scrum Master Offline

Requirements:

3+ years of Project Management experience or Scrum Master (successful track record of deliveries)

Has worked on long-term software development projects

Experience in managing multiple teams

Agile mindset

Good knowledge & practical experience with Scrum methodology

Hands on experience and thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle from conception to delivery, awareness about web-app development process and technologies / trends

Knowledge of tools for project management (Jira, Redmine, etc.)

Personal qualities:

Able to get things delivered

Proactive, self-starter, able to identify tasks and opportunities

Ability to mentor and coach at the individual, team and project level

Intermediate+ in English

Will be a plus:

Knowledge of Kanban/XP

Strong technical background

Extensive knowledge in QA area

Good business understanding of e-commerce products

Responsibilities:

Scrum Master for development team up to 12 people

Coach team members on usage of Agile tools and best practices

To work closely with business, support and product owners to plan work and provide statuses

Manage risks and opportunities for team deliveries in time and with good quality

Increase efficiency of team work and cross-teams collaboration

Initiate and drive improvements
