Unity Developer (Technical Artist) $$$$ Offline

Required skills:

- Experience with HLSL, GLSL or other vendor specific shader programming language;

- Experience with Shader Graph is a must;

- Strong knowledge of OOP;

- 2+ years’ experience C# and .NET;

- Understanding of game development process and best practices;

- Good level software architecture and design experience;

- Good knowledge in multithreading;

- Performance optimization techniques;

- Experience with Oculus Quest;

- Experience integrate, maintain, or create SDKs enabling new features and functionality;

- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure;

- Ability to conduct meetings in English.

 

 

Will be plus:

- Experience optimizing performance for mobile platforms, diagnosing and fixing performance related issues;

- Experience of Unity plugins usage (UI libraries, third-party services integration, etc.)

 

 

Responsibilities:

- Serving as the bridge between the design and engineering;

- Technical shader development and support, creating VFX, setting up lightning, integration and setting up the content;

- Research and development of highly art-directable materials and texture procedurals;

- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code;

- Ensure the best performance, quality, and of VR based applications and games;

- Participate in release and sprint planning in Agile environment;

- Testing your work before passing it to QA;

- Estimate the features and projects based on the prioritized roadmap;

- Brainstorm and share your ideas on we can make the product better, implement new features faster;

- Participate in demo, customer-facing meetings
