Due to the expansion of the department we invite you to join our team ! We are in search of a Support Manager who will be responsible for providing timely assistance and support to our customers in the European market.Our goal is to provide our customers with the best service and we are looking for candidates who are able to provide high quality standards, respond effectively to queries, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

We expect:
Knowledge of Portuguese and English
Customer focus
Skills of quick decision making in multi-tasking conditions
Experience in a CRM system is desirable, trainable
Experience in customer service on chatbots is desirable but not mandatory

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via text chats (internal CRM).
Advise customers on technical, financial or other questions regarding our product.
Achieve personal financial and customer service department plans.
Provide necessary information to internal company departments as needed to improve the product.
