UI/UX Designer

Main requirements:

Portfolio: Ability to present a portfolio of work that reflects experience in developing UX/UI design/ Product design for web and mobile applications.
Knowledge of tools
At least 1 year of experience in creating CRM/Dashboard systems or more.
Experience with:
Figma: tokens/variables/components; prototiping
Design system: Material design, HIG

Understanding of design systems: Ability to work with design systems and implement them.
UX principles: Knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies to create products with high user accessibility and usability.
Experience with user research and user testing: Understanding of user research techniques and conducting user testing for continuous design improvement.

Responsibilities:

Developing innovative and aesthetic UX/UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Interact with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure high quality design and user experience.
Implementing and maintaining design systems to ensure design unity and consistency across all products.
Participate in user research and testing to gather feedback and correct any deficiencies.
Collaborate with the team to solve problems and achieve common goals.
