ROIFORCIO GmbH (Austria, 100% R&D in Ukraine, Product name "Pitch Avatar")  develops an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to revolutionize sales and marketing through interactive AI-driven video presentations. Our focus is on scaling AI features, optimizing automation, and improving product architecture.

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst / System Analyst to define technical requirements, support AI feature development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a high-growth AI startup environment.

There is potential to grow Product Owner Growth

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Business Analysis / Product Owner for SaaS or AI-driven products.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and cloud architecture (AWS, REST API, MySQL, Redis, OpenSearch)
• UML 
• Experience with AI/ML products (NLP, LangChain, automation tools).
• Ability to write clear technical documentation (API specs, system workflows, data models).
• Experience with Figma (UI/UX wireframing, flow mapping).
• Intermediate+ English level for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze and define technical system requirements for AI-driven web & mobile applications.
• Work closely with developers, AI/ML teams, and product managers to ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements.
• Create detailed technical specifications (API structure, database models, system logic).
• Document system architecture and contribute to scalable AI feature development.
• Manage backlog, sprint planning, and product roadmap in collaboration with the PM.
• Conduct risk assessment and ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Set up Jira workflows, dashboards, and reports to track development progress.
• Assist in UI/UX prototyping and user flow diagrams for developers.
