Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails) (offline)

A skilled developer is sought to join an adept team dedicated to constructing a platform for crafting highly captivating and effective quizzes and surveys.

About Us: We operate as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, specializing in the creation of visually interactive surveys and quizzes utilizing AI technology. Our clients leverage these tools for audience engagement, lead generation, feedback collection, research, sales, and more. Notable users include entities such as major media outlets, technology corporations, beverage conglomerates, and transportation services.

About You:
An adept full-stack developer with over 5 years of experience.
Possessing more than 3 years of hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails development.
Proficient in relevant technologies: JavaScript (ES6) alongside any contemporary front-end framework (e.g., React), SQL Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), and Amazon AWS.
Capable of leading end-to-end development of features, encompassing front end, back end, and database.
Emphasis on quality coding and adherence to best practices.
Effective communication skills in English.
Willingness to undertake long-term challenging tasks.
Demonstrates high reliability and trustworthiness.

Your Responsibilities:
Integral member of a small team spearheading platform development.
Contribute to enhancing the core of the platform.
Participate in constructing the next iteration of the survey creation platform.
Stay abreast of emerging development technologies and best practices.
Lead the development of new features from inception to completion.
Enhance existing features.
Resolve technical customer issues.

Additional Details:
This is a fully remote position.
Requires alignment with European working hours.
20-30 paid vacation days a year
