As a Trainee/Junior Affiliate Manager, you would seek and build relationships with corporate decision makers to sell our offers. You’re an ideal candidate if you are a self-starter with the ability to build relationships, communicate product knowledge, and close deals quickly.

Responsibilities:

- Product management skills, you will be responsible for some products;

- Leading with our agencies the marketing campaigns of your products from the idea to their execution and implementation;

- Communicate the project status throughout the campaign delivery process, including results recommended changes to campaign strategy, etc;

- Identify and test opportunities with new partners and channels;

- Work with various teams (internal and external) regarding the review and final approval of creative, digital media delivery, tracking, and measurement ensuring compliance to program objectives.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or similar is a plus;

- Knowledge of Excel and analytical skills;

- Strong communication skills and ability to build trustable relationships with partners;

- Flexible, organized, and open to feedback with excellent follow-through skills;

- Ability to deliver on promises and meet deadlines;

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with a can-do attitude;

- Upper-Intermediate English. Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.
