Affiliate Manager Offline

Requirements:

- English Upper-intermediate

- Previous experience in Affiliate Marketing at least 6 months

- Holistic understanding of the RevShare, CPA, and hybrid system in affiliate program as a business

- Knowledge of the technical aspects of partner integration

- Great analytical skills

- Great sales and negotiation skills

Addition skills (will be plus):

-Advanced English

-Experience with tier 1 (JP, NZ, IE, CA, Ontario, AT)

-Negotiations

-Ability to multitask

-Attention to details

Your future tasks:

- Research, acquisition, and onboarding of affiliates in all markets

- Follow-up deals and commission payments

- Continually analyze competitors to improve company products and strategies

- Monitor personal affiliate managers' portfolios to make sure company goals are met

- Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI

- Negotiate new and renegotiate old deals

- Traffic analysis

- Work closely with other Affiliate Managers and the Operations Team
