⚡ What You Will Do:

 

• Managing and optimizing the CRM platform to enhance customer engagement, segmentation, personalization.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy, including email, web push, and on-site communications, to increase customer retention and engagement

• Design and execute customer segmentation strategies to ensure relevant and targeted messaging to different customer segments;

• Utilize A/B testing to continuously improve CRM activities effectiveness.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of CRM initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements.

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to align CRM activities with overall company goals and strategies. Control production of all necessary materials.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer retention and CRM.

 

🦸 Your Superpowers:

 

• 2+ years of experience in CRM/ Retention/Email Marketing.

• Proficient in using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Detailed expertise in email, web push, on-site communication retention strategies.

• Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret customer data and make informed decisions on CRM initiatives.

• Strong copywriting skills, possessing the ability to produce engaging and persuasive content customized for different customer segments.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable improvements in customer retention metrics and CRM performance.

• Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve retention strategies and CRM processes.

• Upper-intermediate (B2).

• HTML and CSS proficiency.

 

Being well-acquainted with the gaming industry, having a passion for video games (CS ideally) would be a substantial asset.
