Software Architect / Tech Team Lead (m/f/d) (Berlin) Offline

Hey, we are looking for a cool and experienced software engineer to join our team as a tech leader and build a product with us. We are looking for proven experience either in Node.js or Python, DevOps is a big plus.

Your responsibilities would include:

- Tech team leadership

- Work directly with our CPO to continue designing and building our platform

- Understand the long-term business objectives and the needs of our customers/market, define them technically, prioritize them rigorously, and adjust them flexibly as conditions and technology evolve

- Define a robust architecture for building new applications in the brand protection domain; leverage and enhance existing building blocks or create new reusable components

- Build early prototypes of product components and validate them for technical design and performance

- Lead by example and participate in the development process, as needed

- Work independently but closely with our project, product, engineering, and key account teams to ensure the timely, successful delivery of our customized enterprise partnership solutions

- Share your experience and be a mentor to other engineers

The qualities we are looking for are:

- 5+ years of working experience as a software engineer

- Team leadership skills

- Deep Node.js and/or Python knowledge

- A proponent of progressive enhancement and web standards

- Strong sense for code reuse and maintainability

- Experience building clean and robust RESTful API's

- Database design RD, NoSQL

- DevOp skills: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes

- Interests in ML, AI, and other cool tech stuff

- Problem-solving, analytical mindset
