Sourcer/Researcher Offline
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer/Researcher who will be directly involved in the formation and development of the company’s projects.
Requirements:
-At least 6 months of experience as an IT Recruiter/Researcher/Sourcer;
-Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels;
-Excellent communication skills;
-High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability;
-Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
Responsibilities:
-Working closely with recruitment specialists on different vacancies;
-Sourcing candidates with different channels and resources like (LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, etc.);
-Communication with candidates (cold emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
