Looking for a Customer Support/Service Desk Representative to work on a stable project (healthcare)

Remote, full-time, long-term

Working Schedule: 15:30-00:00 Mon-Fr, Kyiv time

 

Requirements:

β€’ Strong verbal and written English skills

β€’ Ukrainian: Fluent

β€’ Business communication and soft skills

β€’ Ability to work efficiently both independently and with a team

β€’ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and effectively manage priorities

β€’ Critical and consecutive thinking

β€’ Strong learning abilities

β€’ Corporate ethics

 

Responsibilities:

β€’ Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, email, web-based applications, and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;

β€’ Create and process support tickets.
