Lead PPC Digital Marketing Specialist $ Offline

What you will do:
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team on cost-effective digital marketing strategies ensuring the predictable flow of MQ/SQ Leads using omnichannel campaigns;
- Paid campaigns management and optimization;
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns via Google, LinkedIn, and other paid media;
- Execute A/B test of Landing Pages, Ad Sets, Content, and CTAβs to improve user experience
- Conversion rate optimization;
- Performance analysis of Inbound marketing channels and report on the business impact of your optimization efforts;
- Providing relevant research to ensure the track of the latest trends and competitive moves;
- Collaboration with other teams to achieve project goals;
Must to haves:
- 1-2+ years of proven B2B marketing experience via paid media channels (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. );
- Experience with web analytics and A/B testing platforms (Google Analytics, Google Optimize);
- Knowledge and working experience with tools (GTM, Google Search Console, Semrush, HotJar);
- Understand the user journey and how to impact conversion;
- Upper-intermediate English level;
- Excellent communication, roadmap management, and presentation skills;
- Demonstrated experience briefing stakeholders on outcomes & recommendations.
Nice to haves:
- Prior experience in the tech industry;
- Understanding of the Software Development process, and modern technologies;
- Experience with Demand Generation strategies and tactics;
Experience with MarTech solutions and tools.
