Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer requests via text chats (internal CRM),
Advise clients on technical, financial or other issues related to our product,
Achieve personal and customer service department financial plans,
Provide necessary information to internal departments as needed to improve the product
We expect:

Skills of quick decision-making in a multitasking environment
Experience in CRM-system is desirable, we will train
Experience in customer support on chats
