Requirements:
- 6 months of recruiting experience
- Personal laptop or PC (we will provide you with the corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
- Upper-intermediate and higher level of English
- Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Availability to work one of the following fixed schedules of your choice (Kyiv time) Monday through Friday:
* From 3 pm till midnight (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
* From 4 pm till 1 am (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
* From 5 pm till 2 am (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)

Responsibilities:
- Recruit top talent for various job openings in IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, etc.
- Conduct screening phone calls with qualified candidates preselected for you by a team of sourcers
- Assist in arranging interviews for qualified candidates with our clients
- Cooperate with the team of Account Managers based in the US on selecting the best-qualified candidates for our clients' job openings.
