Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions and candidate profiles;

- Source, screen, and assess potential candidates through various channels;

- Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit;

- Participate in job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities to expand our talent pool;

- Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to our organization;

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment to bring innovative ideas to our hiring processes;

- Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements:

- Strong interest in IT and technology trends, with a genuine desire to continuously learn and - develop in the field of recruitment;

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build connect with candidates and internal stakeholders;

- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently;

- A positive and proactive attitude with the willingness to take on new challenges;

- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not mandatory;

- English Intermediate and above.
