Digital Motion Designer

We’re a creative digital studio working on branding, websites, apps, and interactive products for clients from the US, Canada, and Europe. We create animations, motion graphics, UI animations, brand visuals, and sometimes weird but cool things. We care about details, good taste, smooth motion, and people who actually love what they do.

Right now we’re looking for a Digital Motion Designer who knows how to make things move beautifully, smoothly, and meaningfully — not just “animate”, but bring designs to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating UI animations and micro-interactions
• Logo and branding animation
• Lottie / JSON animations
• Motion graphics for websites, apps, presentations, and promos
• Preparing animations for developers (Lottie, sprites, exports, optimization)
• Preparing presentation-ready animations for clients
• Working with designers and developers to bring ideas to life
• Sometimes working with 3D designer (Blender / Cinema4D)
• Using AI tools in your workflow (Freepik, Midjourney, Kling, Nano Banana, etc.)
• Generating creative ideas, references, and visual concepts using different tools.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of commercial experience in motion design

✅ Strong After Effects skills

✅ Understanding of good animation, timing, easing, and motion principles

✅ Experience with UI animation / app / web animations

✅ Lottie / JSON export experience

✅ Experience with AI tools (Freepik, Midjourney, Kling, Nano Banana, etc.) — must have

✅ Attention to details (very important for us)

✅ Ability to prepare files correctly for developers

✅ Ability to prepare and present work to clients

✅ Good visual taste and understanding of modern trends

✅ Creativity and ability to generate ideas

✅ Self-organization and time management

✅ Responsible and reliable person

✅ Someone who actually likes motion design and wants to grow

🌟 Blender / Cinema4D / Spline

🌟 Logo animation experience

🌟 Storyboarding

🌟 Basic sound design for motion
