About ITV

ITV (Integrated Technical Vision) is an electronics development company specializing in the full-cycle development of various electronic devices. Our work includes development cases for electronic devices, schemas and BOMs, as well as software and firmware for them. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager proficient in Agile methodologies to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Manage complex electronics development projects from initiation to completion, focus on development cases, schema and BOMs, and software and firmware.

Lead cross-functional Agile teams, comprising engineers, designers, and other professionals.

Oversee project planning, including defining scope, setting objectives, estimating time and costs, and allocating resources.

Facilitate Scrum events and other Agile ceremonies, ensuring project adherence to Agile principles.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans specific to electronic device development.

Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication regarding project status, requirements, and deliverables.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as project plans, development cases, schema and BOMs, Agile board updates, timelines, and status reports.

Coordinate with manufacturing teams to transition from prototype to production.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within the budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

PMP, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or similar Project Management and Agile certifications are required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the project management within the electronics industry, with Agile methodologies expertise.

Hands-on experience with development cases, schema and BOMs, and software and firmware.

In-depth understanding of Agile processes and electronics development processes from initial ideation to production documentation.

Exceptional leadership skills, capable of managing and guiding cross-functional Agile teams effectively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
