As a Career Development Manager, your main goal will be to help students develop their careers to become strong professionals.

What we are looking for:

— People-oriented and empathetic person;

— Proven experience in the HR field (HR/Recruiter/Career Consultant);

— Ability to coach, supervise and help people to overcome difficulties;

— Great communication and negotiation skills;

— English level at least Upper-Intermediate;

— Good understanding of the Ukrainian IT market;

— Getting things done attitude.

What you`ll be responsible for:

— Build salary monitoring and career development processes;

— Help students to find a new job: review CVs, conduct mock interviews, organize tech interviews, advise them on how to find a job, and communicate with companies;

— Career support for employed students: coach and supervise people with different problems in their careers, help students to identify the next steps in their careers;

— Measuring career development business impact;

— Conduct webinars with internal and external audiences;

— Build a network with IT companies so they hire our students;

— Work with CRM.
