Our client is a multi-million dollar crypto and fintech technology company that is revolutionizing the banking industry. As a fast-paced and dynamic organization, they have a remote team of 40 people worldwide. The ideal candidate will have experience with Prometheus and Grafana, strong communication skills with non-technical domain experts, and the ability to create and deploy dashboards quickly while making rapid adjustments as needed.

🟠 Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience with Dashboard development;

- Proven experience as a Data Visualization Engineer with a strong portfolio of past dashboard projects;

- Commercial expertise in Prometheus and Grafana;

- Knowledge of Python for scripting and API integration;

- Ability to integrate new data sources such as social media, blockchain, and other APIs into data systems;

- Strong communication skills with non-technical domain experts;

- Ability to create and deploy dashboards quickly and make rapid adjustments based on feedback;

- Familiarity with other dashboard development tools and technologies is a plus;

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

🟠 Responsibilities:

- Design and develop custom dashboards for clients using Prometheus and Grafana;

- Collection and analysis of business requirements;

- Development of dashboard backend — creation of data sources by combining data from the DWH or connection to published data sources;

- Work closely with non-technical domain experts to understand their needs and translate them into actionable dashboard designs;

- Create and deploy dashboards quickly, making rapid adjustments as needed based on feedback;

- Troubleshoot dashboard issues and provide timely support to clients;

- Stay up-to-date with the latest dashboard development trends and technologies.

- Screening with the recruiter (about 30 minutes);

- Interview with the Product Lead of the project (1 hour).
