Delivery Manager/Senior Project Manager to DM Offline

We are currently looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team.

What you will need:

● 7+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry;

● Experience in managing 60+ FTE (2+ projects);

● Experience in managing 2-3 outsource PMs?

● Having deep experience in managing different types of projects: Fixed price, Time and Material, Outcome-based, SLA;

● Experienced in taking extreme ownership in different areas of the project: budget, scope, schedule, quality, people development, customer relations, and farming;

● Educated in Project Management, holding MSTM, MBA, and similar certificates;

● Experienced in tracking team-building and distributed team management;

● Proficient in SDLC management and project management industry standards, PMP certification plus;

● Confident in Agile project management methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, SoS);

● Advanced in project management techniques and tools: basic revenue models, profit and loss modeling, cost-to-completion projections, project pricing models, project billing procedures, budget estimation techniques, and others;

● Experience in handling several pre-sales at one time;

● English - Advanced.
