What we expect from our candidates:

- relevant experience in software implementation or business analysis from 2 years in IT

- ability and desire to manage several projects at the same time

- understanding the client's needs and wishes

- punctuality and systematicity

- the ability to manage expectations

- sociability and sincerity in communication

- the inner need to do useful things and help people

- English level at least B2

Responsibilities:

- active communication (mostly online) with new clients

- business analysis of their needs and correlation of this with the capabilities of the system

- making presentations and training for users

- conducting training and presentations in clients' offices

- preparation and implementation of the integration plan for the client

- setting up support team processes
