Senior Functional Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Communication with client and end-users
- Business requirements elicitation and analysis
- Transformation of business asks into formal functional specifications
- Impact analysis and gap analysis
- Cross-system analysis and preparation of system integration requirements; Engaging different teams and obtaining information from multiple sources
- Elaboration of wireframes/mockups, process model, state diagram and other artifacts depending on specific need
- Collaboration and support of local and offshore development teams and QA/testing teams

Mandatory Skills:
- Advanced verbal and written English is a must
- Experience in functional requirements documenting; Communicating the requirement to different teams (from strong technical or pure business background)
- Good understanding of software development process (Agile SDLC), understanding of BA role on the project and requirement preparation lifecycle
- BPMN notation understanding; practical usage is a plus
- Ability to generate efficient solution and defend the position in front of a large audience
- Pro-active approach; Attentiveness to details; Quick-learner and quick-thinker

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Banking projects experience
