Job Description:

 

- As a Technical Program Manager in the infrastructure organization, you will coordinate, organize and track infrastructure projects across the globe at LotusFlare. Projects in infrastructure are focused around scaling, optimizing and automating our infrastructure using cloud native principles and technologies.

- You would also oversee some of the strategic initiatives our infrastructure team is undertaking.

- You are overlooking the infrastructure projects and coordinating with the peer engineering teams and providing visibility into timelines and deliverables and providing regular reports and analytics. You are supporting the resource planning activities for the infrastructure team with analytics data.

 

Job Requirements:

 

- BA/BS in an engineering and/or organizational discipline or equivalent experience

- 5+ years experience with adopting project management, agile and scrum methodology

- 2+ years of experience with project management and group collaboration tools like Jira

- Knowledge in the domain developer tools for source control, static code analysis and test automation frameworks would be beneficial

Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams and team building
