CMO/ Head of Marketing Offline

About the project: Our tech team is developing TraffMe - a SaaS solution for affiliate marketing in the financial niche. TraffMe is the only platform an affiliate team needs to analyze, distribute and manage traffic.

A convenient system allows you to integrate partners with different integration types according to the business needs. A thoughtful role model makes traffic management convenient and understandable, and additional tools within the platform allow for more effective traffic analysis and monetization.

 

Some things we consider critical to succeeding in this role:

- 2+ years of experience as a CMO/ Head of Marketing in SaaS products developing companies

-International experience — working with European markets developing B2B SaaS products

- Deep understanding of marketing principles

- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to identify patterns and find opportunities for acquisition, retention, and LTV ratio growth.Experience with setting tasks for the analyst

- Experience with creating and implementation of a market entry plan, experience of creating high-impact marketing activation campaigns

- Advanced level of English

- You are result-oriented, comfortable with autonomy, and able to make things happen

- Leader and team player, with a high level of emotional intelligence

- Team building experience (real cases)

 

 

What you’ll work on:

- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to promote SAAS product

- Management and optimization of companies to attract customers

- Marketing budget management

- Team recruitment, management and mentoring

- Communication with other units, setting tasks to improve marketing performance

Working with analytics, improving indicators. Lead Go-To-Market activities by structuring promotion, pricing, and campaign activations to introduce new products and services

- Basic processing of SMM of the brand and further adjustment of the vector

- Suggest new creative growth strategies based on data, customer, and market insights.
