Your Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You’ll be their go-to expert for technical challenges, helping them navigate and resolve issues efficiently.

🔹 Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions.
🔹 Diagnose & resolve software and system faults.
🔹 Engage with customers to understand and resolve technical concerns.
🔹 Provide clear, timely, and accurate feedback to clients.
🔹 Document procedures to assist clients and improve support efficiency.
🔹 Manage multiple support cases, ensuring quality service at all times.

What You Bring

To thrive in this role, you should have:

✅ Technical expertise:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., Jira).
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
• Prior Helpdesk or IT support experience.
• FinTech experience is a big plus!

✅ Soft skills that make a difference:

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and customer-friendly.
• Fluent English (upper-intermediate or higher).
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
