Middle Project Manager (Data Analysis/Data Science team)

Data Analysis/Data Science team is an internal service team that solves the tasks of the company's five products.

Recently, the team has significantly increased the number of long-term strategic projects, for example, building a lead scoring system, a user churn prediction model, and a recommendation system for the product. There are successful cases of using the payment prediction model to increase initial conversion.

Currently, the team has 23 specialists divided into seven functional sub-teams. Our vacancy involves managing all project processes for one functional sub-team.
The sub-team consists of Team lead, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, and 4 Data Analysts/Scientists.

Responsibilities:
- Management of the backlog of the sub-team;
- Management and optimization of the data analysis process;
- Planning and monitoring of tasks;
- Assessment of team effectiveness;

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as Project Manager;
- Mathematical background;
- Knowledge of the SaaS business model and the primary metrics for evaluating product performance;
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban);
- Experience in process management, process optimization, process performance evaluation, PPI (Process performance indicators);
- English level — Upper-intermediate;

It will be a plus:
- Experience in Data Analysis; Python programming; Machine Learning;
- Experience in managing SaaS products; product management;
