Junior Marketing Research and Analytics Specialist Offline

Infopulse Marketing Research & Analytics Team is a new team that is dedicated to exploring new markets, technologies and business opportunities, preparing competitor analysis, and suggesting areas for company improvements. Research specialists cooperate with executive management, sales, marketing, finance, legal, production and other teams to produce researches that foster data-driven, fact-based decision making inside the organization. As a Junior Marketing Research & Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, assembling and interpreting data in order to identify market changes and trends. You will provide direct project support for design, development and execution of qualitative and quantitative market research studies.

 

Areas of Responsibility

 

Understand various research methodologies and be able to help design a research project addressing research objectives

Conduct research of business competitors, industries, market trends and technologies

Analyze marketing research results, make strategic recommendations based on detailed analysis

Monitor emerging industry trends and summarize them for stakeholders

Marketing campaign analytics, reporting and data visualizations to assess effectiveness and business impact

Conduct customer satisfaction and market surveys

Develop reports, presentations and data visualization dashboards

Support the marketing & sales department with daily and ad hoc research tasks

 

Qualifications

 

Marketing analytics, consulting, or financial analysis experience

Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and ability to connect research activities to commercial/business outcomes

Advanced written, verbal and presentation skills along with top-tier communication and listening skills

Ability to convert datasets into clear and convincing written narratives

Ability to work in multitasking mode, sincere involvement in the work, perseverance, high attention to detail

Experience working with analytical tools – digital and offline

Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM software is a plus

English level – Upper-Intermediate
