Splynx is an ISP billing software framework created for Internet service providers and network administrators.

 

Splynx provides many useful functions such as billing, invoicing, central configuration and monitoring of equipment, hotspot billing, client portals, and much more.

 

Our mission is to help local ISPs succeed in competing with large telcos and build a profitable, fast-growing business.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Writing of correct answers on tickets

Troubleshooting of:

- network issues

- billing issues

- issues with third-party integrations

- Linux issues

Discussing with developers the possibility of the solution

Writing scripts (bash, PHP), MySQL queries

Log tasks for developers in Jira

 

 

Requirements:

2+ years in Network administration, Linux administration, System administrator

Linux administration (Ubuntu)

Mikrotik configuration

Experience with scripts and SQL queries

English Level: Upper and higher

 

 

Would be also a plus:

Nginx, PHP, MySQL, PHP-FPM, Bash, HTML/CSS/Twig, API

Experience in ISP (Internet Service Provider)

Deep knowledge of Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei

Deep knowledge of Linux system, firewalls, iptables

Experience with ticket systems
