Data Analyst/DWH Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Yalantis team.

What you’ll help us do:

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and other cross-functional teams to improve the clients’ experience and communicate how we govern data, enforce our policies, and audit and report on compliance;
Develop metrics and dashboards to visualize data reports and collaborate with team members from all departments on critical business results and drive the impact of data-driven decisions;
Synthesize data and implement go-to-market strategies and ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting, and analysis through data cleansing and ongoing stewardship;
Develop a company-wide Data Governance and data life cycle management program as well as define roles and responsibilities related to Data Governance to ensure clear accountability for data and related information assets
Apply Data Governance framework including the management of data, operating model, data policies, and standards and mitigate Data Governance gaps and other identified risks
Provide education on Data Governance companywide and recommend
new systems and technology for Data Governance activities

Here’s the experience that will help you with the job:

3+ years of proven working experience as a Data Analyst
Good understanding of financial processes for a professional services firm
Tools: TABLEAU,DB PostgreSQL
Intermediate English

These skills will also come in handy:

Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelines
3 + years of experience directly related to the development and maintenance of data Governance, including data strategy creation and data lifecycle management
Technical knowledge and experience in data management, data quality, and data governance
Strong understanding of IT systems, metadata management, data management, and data stewardship
Proven experience implementing Data Governance programs and track record of successful delivery of enterprise data management initiatives
Experience in creating policies, standards, and playbooks
