Duties and responsibilities

As an UI/UX Designer, you will work well as part of a team, while self-managing your time.

Act as a key person for end-to-end product design process from identifying problems to launchTake complex ideas and turn them into delightful visual solution to enhance user experienceWork closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and marketing teamCreate balanced design between user needs and business goalsAnalyze and incorporate qualitative and quantitative feedback into design cycle for continuous improvements

Skills and Qualifications

4+ years of professional UI/UX design experienceProficiency in FigmaExcellent understanding of design principles (typography, color, layout, iconography, etc.) and design best practicesAbility to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams in a fast paced/agile environmentProactive and always keen for making design suggestionsHonest, transparent, and communicativeEnglish: Upper Intermediate

Nice to have

Fluency in a variety of prototyping tools such as Framer, InVision, etc.

Ability to handle user researches and data (User persona, user journey map, Google Analytics, and Hotjar survey, etc.)

Interest in online entertainment industryKnowledge in CSS/HTML and JavaScript
