Senior Digital Marketing Manager $1500-2000 Offline

“D& Networks” is a Ukrainian outsourcing company, which has successfully provided services to medical establishments in New York for more than 5 years.

Now we need to reinforce and consolidate the scope of our marketing activities (predominantly digital ones), and we invite

Senior Digital Marketing Manager

with solid experience in B2B activities on the US East coast non-IT market.

What we need:

review our existing activities

review our marketing basics – audiences, channels, messages (aka strategy)

redefine (if needed) strategy to achieve goals (should be stated together with our future marketing person)

create a marketing plan in all the areas of marketing – positioning and branding, communication, content creation, and distribution through all the channels,

Google AdWords, Google Analytics, proper social media

You are the right person to join our team if you have an experience in/with:

- US market (telemedicine or other services will be an advantage)

at least 3 years of different (ascending) marketing activities on B2B markets (services are an advantage)

- conducting market researches

- proficiency in drafting digital strategies

- marketing strategy execution

- content creation (predominantly written) for English-speaking audiences (portfolio will be needed)

- organizing online events (webinars)

- understanding the core differences between B2B and B2C in the US (from an audience behavior perspective, channels of communications, ways of making business decisions) is a must

- managing team and subcontractors.

AND (crucial):

- We need our team member here in Lviv (remote is not an option)

- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (C2/Fluent)

- Readiness to work with our clients' time-zone (4 pm – midnight in Ukraine)
