Junior Blockchain Headhunter / Administrator Offline

We are looking to hire a Junior Recruiter who has 6+ months of experience in: recruiting, interviewing, and assisting in new hire orientations. We are a Colorado based company that has been in the blockchain consultancy business.

Responsibilities:

Assist in our full cycle recruitment

Identify and reach out to suitable candidates

Interview and evaluate candidates, screen incoming resumes and application forms

Source candidates online i.e. Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.

Assist with administrative tasks

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, a minimum of 6 months required (internship accepted)

Experience with sourcing techniques

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Able to use LinkedIn boolean search, github, Upwork, Angel list etc
