PHP Software Engineer

Our Client has engaged EPAM to enhance client product offering, including Research Portal project with goal to improve time spent by users in Members Area, as well as build necessary capacity to enhance and support their platform solutions and infrastructure environment.

DESCRIPTION
Our Client has engaged EPAM to enhance client product offering, including Research Portal project with goal to improve time spent by users in Members Area, as well as build necessary capacity to enhance and support their platform solutions and infrastructure environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrating various payment methods like Credit/Debit Cards, eWallets, crypto currencies (Bitcoins etc) & Banks with Company’s payment gateway and members area
Implementing new features in members area, payment gateway and other projects
Maintaining and refactoring various projects

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of PHP development experience
Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles
Experience with Front-end development (HTML, CSS JavaScript)
Experience with Symfony Framework/Components
Understanding of best security practices
Experience with consuming 3rd party web services
Experience with GIT
Experience in writing tests with PHPUnit
B1 English level and higher

NICE TO HAVE
Experience in payment gateway integrations
Experience in the development of REST APIs
Experience in message brokers like RabbitMQ
Experience in database query optimization
Experience in creating composer packages
