Senior/Team Lead Ruby on Rails Developer (offline)

We are hiring experienced Senior/Lead Ruby and RoR Engineer to help us build the next-generation version. The company has a small, agile, nimble team, so the ability to make an impact is significant.

Technologies:
- Ruby
- RoR
- Sinatra
- AWS

Responsibilities:
- Develop with the latest technologies in evolving the architecture for current and future needs in order to develop innovative, consumer-facing mobile products, while supporting the product roadmap
- Work in an agile team with Product, Design, Support, and Marketing to respond to our users' needs
- Be a good communicator with both a local and remote team


Team Structure:
- 2 POs
- Each team has a Team Lead

Skills:
- 5+ years of experience working with complex and large global platforms with millions of activities an hour
- Solid experience in Ruby, RoR, Sinatra
- Good knowledge of AWS
