Ruby on Rails Developer Offline

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Experience with Git, background jobs (e.g., Sidekiq), and testing frameworks (RSpec/Minitest)
• Intermediate or higher English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with frontend technologies (React, Vue.js, or similar)
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other developers
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to improving internal processes and practices
