Product Manager - Ops optimization Offline

You will work in a cross-functional team on our internal admin tool and solve the problems of different internal departments. So you need to be ready to work with a large number of stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of proven experience in the role of Product Manager working closely with the cross-functional product team.

- Proven track record and achievements in numbers on products where you have worked.

- Experience in working with complex internal operational processes, its analysis and automation (e.g. Customer Support, Finance, Content Management, etc).

- Experience in business process visualization using, for example, BPMN

- Ability to completely independently set goals by your direction in numbers, propose the plan (roadmap) of how to achieve it.

- Ability to bring any project from problem/idea to release and achieving the desired result.

- Experience of working with complex CRM systems;

- Ability to work and manage the expectations of a large number of stakeholders.

- Experience working with product analytics systems like Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, Tableau, and raw data in DB.

- Experience in running different types of product experiments (including A/B tests) and making product decisions based on its results.

- Understanding the basics of Product Usability. Ability to work closely with a designer in one team to create a User-Centric solution.

- At least upper-intermediate level of English.

- Strong communication and presentation skills

 

Will be a plus:

- Experience with the logistics, delivery and foodtech product.

- Experience with Market Place products.

 

Responsibilities:

- Сompletely independently lead the direction of internal business automation (Customer Support, Finance, Content Management, etc).

Analyze current operational processes, describe it and identify the opportunities for optimization;

- Together with the heads of operational departments, propose and implement positive changes in the organization's business processes through its automation.

- Collect and process the requests from other stakeholders.

- Build and manage a product roadmap by your direction based on company goals and priorities, data and user experience.

- Together with the product team members, participate in the development of the vision of new projects/directions.

- Lead the development of a project/feature, from vision to its validation, decomposition, design, testing of an idea, description, elaborating together with the development, estimation, planning, development, release, and iterating to achieve the goals and needed product metrics.

- Define and execute different experiments to achieve the required product metrics.

- Monitor and to be responsible for the product metrics of your direction.

- Work with the development team on a daily basis as a Scrum Product

- Owner with all the necessary ceremonies.
