Skills & Experience
— 4+ years of experience as a software engineer using Ruby, Rails and JavaScript.
— Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, Postgres).
— Experience with the design and build of REST APIs.
— Experience with AWS and containerised cloud hosting using Docker and Kubernetes.
— Experience with Git and Github.
— Experience applying Test Driven Development/TDD and working in a Continuous Delivery/CD environment.
— Comfortable with Linux and shell scripting.
— Experience of working in an agile development environment.
— English level — strong intermediate and above
Nice to have:
— Experience with a range of other AWS services such as EKS, EC2, RDS (Postgres and/or MySQL), Redshift, SQS, Cloudwatch, ECR, ELB, Elasticsearch, Route 53, S3, VPC.
— Experience working in a distributed team.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails engineer, senior level of experience. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, connects their work to the needs of our clients, and builds solutions they love to use.
Design, build, improve and maintain Reevoo’s core platform for collecting and sharing ratings and reviews and other user generated content.
Work closely with our product team to understand new requirements and client requests.
Collaborate with other teams within the business such as sales, client services, support and implementation as necessary.

During the pandemic situation, you can work remotely, after — a mix of remote and office in Unit.City, Kyiv.
