User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads) (offline)

You will play a vital part in the company's growth strategy by running performance marketing campaigns on Google UAC and testing new alternative traffic sources to diversify user acquisition channels. This job will be a perfect fit for those, who like to explore, experiment and make data-driven decisions. The person needs to be willing to take on responsibility and not be afraid of failures on the way.

Responsibilities:
Run performance marketing campaigns on Google UAC;
Track, report, and analyze campaigns in depth by understanding the core problems/drivers of change;
Run tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights;
Work closely with Design team to create new approaches to target audience;
Test new alternative traffic sources to diversify user acquisition channels.

Requirements:
1+ year of experience in performance marketing;
Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, Appsflyer etc.);
Understanding of the creative production process for various types of media including video and static;
Advanced knowledge of English (other languages are a plus);
Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and own projects from beginning to end;
Self-starter, motivated, can-do attitude;
Passion for problem solving and desire to execute daily optimizations and increase overall performance.

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, analytics, or related area of study;
Proficient with data analysis;
Media buying experience
