Senior Front-End (Angular) developer/Tech Lead (offline)

About the project:
E-commerce analytical platform focused on providing the most up-to-date data of US job positions and institutions in the education segment. It allows users to select specific data out of more than 7 million records with the help of a broad variety of available search filters and categories and then purchase it for commercial purposes.
This helps customers to generate highly qualified leads, identify better opportunities, and minimize wasteful marketing spend.

Technology stack on the project: Angular 8, NGRX, TypeScript, RxJS, PHP, Laravel, MySQL, AWS, ElasticSearch, Pentaho.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Front-End development team and project deliverables;
- Own development team’s tools, processes, and quality/performance of the work produced by the team;
- Work in a full Agile collaborative environment - including meetings, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions.
- Collaborate with Product and Project management to estimate and plan work, provide status updates;
- Work with back-end engineers and quality engineers to resolve development roadblocks;
- Report critical issues to management effectively, timely, and with clarity;
- Hands-on system design and development as needed;
- Hands-on mentoring of the team;
- Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.

Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of commercial experience with Angular 2+;
- Experience in leading the team and\or organizing teamwork, communication and collaboration with the customer;
- Knowledge and experience with JS: ES6, TypeScript, NGRX;
- Strong knowledge of RxJS;
- Good in CSS (SCSS)/HTML5;
- Hands-on experience with VCS (git);
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills;
- English at the Strong Intermediate level (at least) - for direct communication with a US customer.
