Frontend Developer Offline

JUTEQ is an AI-native and cloud-native technology consulting firm helping enterprises in financial services, telecom, and healthcare build intelligent, production-grade systems. We combine the power of GenAI, cloud architecture, and automation to deliver next-generation business tools.

We’re now hiring an experienced Frontend Developer to lead UI development across our AI agent platform. This is a hands-on role focused on building responsive, intuitive, and robust interfaces that reflect the intelligence of the agents running behind them.

What You'll Work On

• Build and iterate on multi-tenant dashboards and lead management systems using Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
• Develop agent-facing controls and monitoring interfaces that communicate with our backend AI orchestration layer.
• Implement secure authentication flows and protected routes with role-based access control
• Design and maintain responsive layouts using Tailwind and PostCSS with performance in mind
• Build reusable UI components, forms, filters, and visual status indicators tied to agent behaviors
• Integrate REST APIs from our backend stack (NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma) and handle data states with React Hooks and Context API.
• Optimize frontend performance and improve usability across mobile and desktop views
• Collaborate with backend, product, and AI teams to deliver production-grade features.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced product environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, TypeScript, React, TailwindCSS, PostCSS, CSS Modules.
• Experience building authenticated flows using Firebase Auth and JWT.
• Clear understanding of component-driven design, modularity, and state management.
• Comfort working with design systems, reusable components, and "developer-friendly" UI libraries

Bonus Points

• Experience collaborating with backend teams using NestJS, Prisma, or similar
• Interest in AI/LLM platforms (OpenAI, Vertex AI, LangChain) or working with AI agent outputs
• Past work on admin panels, analytics dashboards, or CRM-like products
• Ability to ship high-quality features independently and proactively suggest UX improvements.
