WePlay! Esports is a esportainment company, a part of TECHIIA holding, that combines esports, storytelling and entertainment content. We want to surprise and entertain every esports fan and attract new ones. We have been organizing esports online tournaments and LAN finals for professional teams of tier-1, tier-2 levels since 2012. We broadcast for millions of viewers from our studio to Twitch channel and other streaming platforms. Also, we have developed our own WePlay! Esports online media and tournament platform.


About the position:

Since we are a part of a holding, we are constantly growing and expanding throughout different markets, now we are looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong full-cycle recruiting and decision-making experience, nevertheless with strong executive searching skills. This role foresees that you will be working with the following markets UK, US, Asian and etc.

We require you to have:

- deep understanding and successful hiring, experience with international markets;
- familiarity with C-level and Senior level positions (tech and non-tech);
proven work experience as a Senior IT Recruiter (either an in-house, or agency);
- upper intermediate or higher level of English (both written and oral);
- understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
- hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
- strong decision-making skills, and clear understanding what is a “right hire”;
- time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously, as well as be able to adapt and prioritize tasks in a fast pace manner;
- knowledge of game dev, esport is not mandatory although it’s welcomed.

As a part of our team you will be responsible for:

- sourcing and recruiting candidates by using professional networks, databases, job boards, social media, and through referrals;
- interviewing candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings);
- assessing candidates relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
- creating and continually supporting “relationship management” attitude;
- building and remaining trustful connections with candidates;
- managing all communications with candidates until they get onboard;
- maintaining a clear organized database with candidates’ data (e.g. in our ATS).
