Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer/Team Lead (Сloud-based web application) (offline)

Requirements:
- 5+ years of working experience using JavaScript
- Proven experience on a Team Lead role
- Experience in Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript
- Experience designing API’s (SOAP or REST)
- Experience in AWS Cloud Services (Serverless, API Gateway, Step Functions, Lambda, SQS, Cognito, CDK, Redis, Aurora), SAAS
Microservices Architecture
- Understanding and practical experience in Architecture and Technical Design
- Negotiation with Client’s stakeholders (DevOps, Architect, PM, PO), development and test automation teams
- Scrum and Kanban (distributed) team organization
- Operations experience including app deployment, monitoring, and configuration
- “Open to new things” attitude
- Excellent interpersonal communications and technical writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a sustainable and effective software development process, to drive tech excellence and innovations
- Execute full-stack development for cloud-based web application
- Collaboratively participate in system design and code reviews
- Proactively work in the cross-functional scrum team
- Effectively communicate with the team and client regarding the daily progress, dependencies, and problem solving
- Engage with the team and client to share creative solutions and process improvements
