• Understanding of IT market (outsource & outstaff services);

• Experience in SMM and marketing tools;

• Experience with Facebook / Linkedin / Instagram;

• Experience in generating and managing creative content for Social Media channels;

• Excellent command of the English language;

• Excellent communication and analytical skills;

• Desire to develop skills and grow professionally.

What you will be doing:

• Developing and implementing social media and promotion strategies;

• Maintaining pages in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.);

• Collaborating with the Sales team to develop and perform promotion campaigns;

• Collaborating with Recruitment and HR teams to develop Employee brand;

• Analysing results and tracking activities to optimize performance;

• Monitoring new marketing trends and tools.
