SENIOR Marketing (Lead Generation) Manager (offline)

Now we are looking for an ambitious and smart SENIOR Marketing (Lead Generation) Manager in Kyiv

You will be responsible for:
•Defining and implementation of (new) lead generation processes for all territories
•Achieving the agreed KPI’s for lead generation and improve current processes in order to increase efficiency and grow the output of leads in future
•Managing marketing department employees in the field of lead gen
•Coordinating, evaluating and managing external lead generation partners and internal stakeholders
•Communicating on a regular basis with sales to evaluate results and get input on quality of leads, ideas from SM and clients, etc.
•Communicating with recruitment team
•Taking active part in strategic meetings related to business development with TOP-management
•Reporting to Commercial Director

Requirements:
•Fluent level of English, excellent communication and presentation skills
•3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (lead generation, email-marketing)
•Able to translate ideas into plans and actions with both internal stakeholder as well as external partners
•Knowledge and successful application of such aspects as risk management, change management, adaptive rolling-wave planning etc.
•Eager for professional development in related fields (lead generation, sales, marketing including but not limited to SEO, Content, SMM, PPC etc.)
