The Exposure Platform is a long running enterprise data transformation initiative focused on replacing legacy SQL based logic with modern, scalable data processing solutions. The platform handles large data volumes and supports multiple business domains through a shared and business critical codebase. You will work in a small cross functional data engineering team consisting of senior data engineers and software engineers. Position overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to support a large scale transformation from SQL Server based systems to a Databricks and Delta Lake platform. You will focus on enterprise grade data engineering and software development, building maintainable and scalable data processing solutions used by multiple teams. This role is not focused on analytics or reporting, but on core data transformation and platform development.

About the Role

We are a web development agency that designs, builds, and launches high-performing websites for clients across a wide range of industries. As our Technical SEO & Migration Specialist, you will take full ownership of the SEO process from project kick-off through to go-live.

Embedded within the web development team, you’ll ensure every site we launch is technically robust, correctly migrated, and fully optimised for search—setting a strong foundation for a seamless handover to our digital marketing team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end technical SEO for all website builds and migrations
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits of existing websites prior to migration
• Map current URL structures and create detailed redirect strategies
• Write and implement meta titles, descriptions, and on-page SEO elements across new builds
• Provide site structure, internal linking, and information architecture recommendations to developers
• Implement and advise on schema markup and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) best practices
• Create and maintain a pre-launch SEO sign-off checklist for every project
• Lead SEO handover sessions with the digital marketing team ahead of go-live
• Produce clear client-ready handover documentation, including SEO baselines, redirect maps, and recommended next steps

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years’ experience in technical SEO, ideally within an agency or migration-focused environment
• Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, and redirect logic
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
• Working knowledge of schema markup and AEO principles
• Ability to clearly communicate technical SEO concepts to both developers and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent written English skills for documentation and client handovers

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Search Console and analytics platforms
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar
• Basic understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance optimisation

You will own and drive the global marketing strategy across SEO, Retargeting (DSP), and SMM, ensuring scalable growth and maximum ROI across multiple GEOs.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute full-funnel marketing strategy across SEO, Retargeting, and SMM
• Build, structure, and scale marketing teams
• Own KPI framework (ROI, LTV, CPA) and drive channel performance
• Manage and optimize media buying, retargeting campaigns, and traffic sources
• Oversee SEO strategy (technical, content, link-building)
• Lead SMM with a focus on performance and conversion
• Establish reporting systems and analyze funnel performance
• Own budget allocation and optimize for maximum ROI
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Affiliate teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years in performance marketing (mandatory: iGaming / betting / gambling)
• 2+ years in leadership roles (Head / Lead level)
• Experience managing SEO, Retargeting / DSP, and SMM channels
• Experience building and scaling marketing teams
• Strong expertise in:
  • SEO
  • Performance marketing / media buying (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
  • Retargeting / DSP
  • SMM (performance-focused)
• Data-driven approach:
  • KPI management (ROI, LTV, CPA)
  • Reporting and funnel analysis
• Experience managing and allocating marketing budgets
